Mama Nasira provides traditional spiritual healing services, including but not limited to love rituals, spiritual cleansing, business rituals, traditional healing, and ancestral divination. These services are provided for spiritual and cultural purposes based on African traditional practices.

Services such as ring and charm blessings are performed as spiritual rituals, either remotely or in person. We do not sell or ship physical rings, charms, or other items by mail.

You must be 18 years or older to use Mama Nasira's services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

7. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms will be discussed during consultation. All payments are final. Because of the personalized and spiritual nature of our services, no refunds will be issued once a consultation or ritual service has begun. If Mama Nasira is unable to begin a service that you have already paid for, you may contact us to request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

All consultations and communications are private and confidential. Mama Nasira respects your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mama Nasira and her services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mama Nasira disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Mama Nasira provides services to clients worldwide, including but not limited to Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, USA, UK, Australia, Canada, UAE, and other countries. Remote services are available and distance does not affect the power of traditional healing.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

12. Changes to Terms

Mama Nasira reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
